Through practical interactive lessons you will learn important etiquette including how to correctly use Keigo, Japanese business manners for business meetings and effective communication for emails and phone conversations. Due to the level of the course, it is best suited for those who are already comfortable with Japanese at approximately JLPT N3 level. The course shows you how to avoid the most common mistakes, it gives etiquette tips and also gives you a chance to practice your new skills with repetition exercises and homework. The second part of our Business Japanese Course builds on the skills you learned in the first part and gives you advanced tools to help you succeed in a Japanese workplace. You'll take what you learned in Part 1 and apply it to specific business-related situations, including how to express yourself using specific business language and manners, how to ask for permission and/or confirmation at work, how to prepare reports and more. Like Part 1, you will learn through video lessons that will be accompanied by worksheets, quizzes and homework. You will also continue to have access to the online student community, where you can interact with fellow students and teachers of the course.
