Q: I’ve already applied but what happens if I can’t travel to Japan due to the impact of the virus in my country?

A: We understand that the situation is developing and changing on a daily basis. If you have applied to come but due to measures such as a lock down, or Japan temporarily stops accepting entry for people from your country which mean you won’t be able to attend the school term you originally selected, we have worked with our partner school to ensure that you will be able to move your application to a later term using the fees you’ve already paid, there may be extra documents required such as an updated photograph. Q: What happens if the Japanese Language School I apply to cancels their lessons?

A: All of our partners ensure that if they close for any period of time due to the pandemic they will offer online or back up lessons to cover any timeframe of the closure.

We always keep all of our students updated in case of changes that affect them due to the evolving nature of the pandemic situation.In the unlikely event that a school decides to cancel a whole term without any option to study at all, they will either refund your fees or move them to another term of your choosing.
